Request Data Deletion

Use the form below to request deletion of your account and associated data.

The fastest way is directly from Alarm Champion:

  1. Open Alarm Champion
  2. Go to Settings (bottom tab)
  3. Scroll to Account
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

What gets deleted

  • —Your Alarm Champion account (managed by Codevia LLC) and all associated data, including your profile and progress
  • —Alarm Champion's access to your Google Sign-In — your Google account itself is not deleted or affected
  • —Firebase Analytics events linked to your account (only if you opted in)
  • —Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics and crash reports (only if you opted in)
  • —Support email correspondence associated with your address

Data stored only on your device

This data never leaves your phone and cannot be deleted remotely. To remove it, uninstall the app or go to Android Settings → Apps → Alarm Champion → Storage → Clear Storage.

  • —Alarms, missions, tones, wallpapers, sleep sessions
  • —Sleep audio — analyzed on-device and never retained
  • —Photos taken during missions
  • —Cached weather and approximate location (auto-deleted after 30 min)
